Changing your Dial-up Phone Number

If your computer currently dials our old local number, 216-1000, please change that to 882-8768.

You're welcome to download and install the Cactus Dialer if you wish, or just change the number.

New Cactus Dialer - 4/3/07.  Supports Windows 95 thru Vista.

If you have any trouble with the instructions for your operating system, or if you don't know which operating system your computer uses, please phone us for help.  The voice number for support is still 883-5500.

Our normal business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri and 10:00am to 5:00pm Saturdays.  We also answer the phone almost always (especially during the transition period) from after supper to 9 p.m.  Note that there is only one after-hours technician, so if I'm already on the phone just try again in a few minutes.
