1. 192.168.2.1
2. Click on Management
3. Save/reload settings
4. Load settings from file, browse
5. Shared documents/highgain
6. 8186HP.....
7. Open, then Upload
8. Once it's uploaded all the settings,
9. click on Wireless, then Basic Settings. 
10. Set the Alias name to something related to the customer.
11. Set the SSID
12. Save
13. Click on TCP/IP settings
14. WAN interface
15. Set the username and password
16. Save
17. Click on Management, password. 
18. Username:  admin
19. Password:  customer's PPPoE password
20. Save
21. If you're doing it on-site, make sure you APPLY CHANGES!

Note:  To get the MAC address of the wireless, add 2 to the address on the bottom of the unit.  AP-W610H
