Account: 'xxxx', Server: 'mail.turbonet.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK 5090 octets', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F” (Outlook Express.) Explanation: This customer had Norton Antivirus. When he disabled email scanning, his problem cleared. Then he re-enabled email scanning, and everything was still fine. We believe this error results from an interaction between the virus scanner and the particular message. Here's a great site in the UK with a list of Outlook Express error messages and their fixes. I can't improve on this!
