Web Email Problems

Problem: You type your username and password correctly, Web email lets you in, but the minute you do anything, it pops you back to the login page.

Solution: Your browser has been set not to accept cookies.  Simply re-set it to allow cookies.

Problem: You type your email address and password correctly, but they don't work

Solution: The new Web Email program really needs your username, not your email address.  If your email address is myname@TurboNet.com, your username is "myname" (without the quotes).  If you are thisone@mydomain.com, your username will be something like "thisone.md" - it has a tag after the first part to specify the domain.
