Set Up Outbound Authentication for Mozilla Thunderbird

1. Start Mozilla Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird.
2. In Mozilla, click the Edit menu and select Mail & Newsgroup Accounts Settings. Or In Thunderbird, click the Tools menu and select Accounts.
3. Under your email account, click on Server Settings.
4. Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the list on the left.
5. Check the box next to Use name and password.
6. Enter your E-mail username in the User Name field.
7. Select SSL under Use secure connection (SSL)
8. Click the OK button.
