Clearing Cookies

Firefox - Selective Delete
(The Easy way)

  1. Go to www.turbonet.com
  2. In the address bar at the top, click on the lock symbol with the red slash
  3. Click on Clear Cookies and Site Data
  4. Click the Remove button
  5. Click on Web EMail and sign in

Firefox - Delete All Cookies
(Affects other sites too)

  1. Push the menu button in top right corner
  2. Hit Options
  3. On the left, hit Privacy and Security
  4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
  5. Wait for the Clear Data button to become available, and push it
  6. Make sure Cookies and Site Data is checked (Other checkboxes need not be checked)
  7. Hit the Clear button.
  8. Hit the Clear Now button.
  9. Close Firefox

Google Chrome - Selective Delete
(The Easy way) Tested on Windows

  1. Go to www.turbonet.com
  2. Click on Web EMail
  3. DO NOT SIGN IN YET!
  4. In the address bar at the top, click on the lock symbol
  5. Click on Cookies
  6. Click on mail.turbonet.com
  7. Click the Remove button
  8. Click the Done button
  9. Now you can sign in

Google Chrome - Delete All Cookies
(Affects other sites too)

  1. Push the menu button in top right corner
  2. Hit Settings
  3. On the left, hit Privacy and Security
  4. In the middle under Privacy and Security click on Clear Browsing Data
  5. Pull down the Time Range and choose All Time
  6. Make sure Cookies and Other Site Data is checked (Other checkboxes need not be checked)
  7. Hit the Clear Data button
  8. Close Chrome

Chrome for Android - Selective Delete
(The Easy way) Tested on Android 9

  1. Go to www.turbonet.com
  2. Tap on Menu and then Web EMail
  3. DO NOT SIGN IN YET!
  4. In the address bar at the top, tap on the lock symbol
  5. Tap on Site Settings
  6. Tap the Clear & Reset button
  7. Tap Clear & Reset
  8. Now you can sign in

Edge (Chromium edition) - Selective Delete
(The Easy way)

  1. Go to www.turbonet.com
  2. Click on Web EMail
  3. DO NOT SIGN IN YET!
  4. In the address bar at the top, click on the lock symbol
  5. Click on Cookies
  6. Click on mail.turbonet.com
  7. Click the Remove button
  8. Click the Done button
  9. Now you can sign in

Edge (Chromium edition) - Delete All Cookies
(Affects other sites too)

  1. Push the menu button in top right corner
  2. Hit Settings
  3. On the left, hit Privacy and Services
  4. Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data
  5. In the middle under Privacy and Security click on Clear Browsing Data
  6. Pull down the Time Range and choose All Time
  7. Make sure Cookies and Other Site Data is checked (Other checkboxes need not be checked)
  8. Hit the Clear Now button
  9. Close Edge

Edge (Original) - Selective Delete
(Technical but doable)

  1. Go to www.turbonet.com
  2. Click on Web EMail
  3. DO NOT SIGN IN YET!
  4. Hit the [F12] key on the keyboard or [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[i] to open the Developers Console
  5. At the top of the Developers Console is a line that reads, "Elements, Console, ..." On that line you are looking for "Network."
    • If you see Network on that line, click on it.
    • If you don't see Network, you need to click on the upside down eject button in the black line. When you point at it, it will say, "More Tools." Click on it and choose Network from the list
  6. In the line of icons right below the black line, look for an icon that looks like a painter's palet with a red X on it. When you point at it, it will say, "Clear cookies for domain." Click the icon.
  7. Hit the [F12] key on the keyboard or [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[i] to close the Developers Console
  8. Now you can sign in

Edge (Original) - Delete All Cookies
(Affects other sites too)

  1. Push the menu button in top right corner
  2. Hit Settings
  3. On the left side of the flyout, hit Privacy and Security
  4. Under Clear Browsing Data, hit the Choose What to Clear button
  5. Make sure Cookies and Saved Website Data is checked (Other checkboxes need not be checked)
  6. Hit the Clear button
  7. Close Edge

Safari 12 - Delete All Cookies
(Affects other sites too)

  1. Tap the New Tab button (top right, with the number in it)
  2. Tap the cog buttom in the top left of the screen
  3. Scroll down to Clear private data
  4. On the next screen, make sure Cookies is selected
  5. Tap Cear Private Data
  6. Close Safari

Safari for iPad / iPhone - Selective Delete
(The Easy way)

  1. Go to Settings on your IOS device
  2. Tap on Safari
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Advanced
  4. Tap on Website Data
  5. Find Turbonet.com in the list. Hint: you might be able to use the Search box
  6. Swipe left on Turbonet.com
  7. Tap on the Delete button
  8. Now you can exit Settings and go back to Safari
