 Run Outlook Express

Click on the "Tools" menu, and pick "Accounts". Click the "Mail" tab if it's not already forward.

If you have several email accounts, highlight the one you want to change.

Click the "properties" button.

Then click the "servers" tab at the top to get the screen at right. Change your email address and click OK.
